Jim Clement is the Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of HeiTech Services, Inc. His career in the field of Information Technology spans more than 35 years and includes experience that ranges from computer and systems operations to finance and contract management.

Mr. Clement has extensive experience developing corporate growth strategies and managing business initiatives at HeiTech Services and other federal contracting firms. In October 1999, Mr. Clement joined Heidi Gerding to launch HeiTech Services, Inc. a company founded to provide management consulting, facility management, and information technology services to the Federal Government.

As Executive Vice President for the company, Mr. Clement is responsible for the implementation of HeiTech Services' Strategic Development activities. In addition, Mr. Clement directs and supports HeiTech Services' Corporate Division, which comprises Finance and Contracts, Business Development and Public Relations, Corporate Information Technology Support, and Facilities Management operations. Under Mr. Clement's leadership, HeiTech Services has grown to a 450-person organization with revenues for 2008 of nearly $21 million.
