Heidi Gerding holds the distinction of being the first woman to graduate from the U.S. Naval Academy from the state of Minnesota. After leaving the Navy, her leadership and organizational skills brought her management positions of increasing responsibility challenging the glass ceiling in Washington-area IT firms, advancing from Project Manager in one firm to ultimately managing nearly $18M as the President of Operations for another firm. During her years directing projects for other IT firms, Ms. Gerding gained extensive experience in the application of a wide range of technologies, finding great satisfaction in matching a clients' needs to sensible technical solutions. She has successfully led the growth of HeiTech Services to 100 employees and $7M in annual revenue over 6 years.

Jim Clement has 25 years experience in the Information Technology field, holding positions of increasing responsibility. Mr. Clement has been responsible for operating staffs of up to 60 employees and managed an annual budget of over $6.5M. Mr. Clement is responsible for the implementation of HeiTech Services' Business Plan and Strategic Development activities. Mr. Clement's focus is to direct and support the internal operations of the company and to ensure all contractual obligations are met. Mr. Clement assures that project performance remains excellent and that positive, cooperative relationships with the clients are maintained through direct or indirect action.
