| HeiTech Services Expands its Corporate Headquarters |
|
HeiTech Services, a woman and service disabled veteran owned federal contractor, has once again expanded its corporate headquarters. In 2007, HeiTech Services moved its headquarters to the Metroplex II building located on Corporate Drive in Landover, Maryland. At the time, the company’s office space spanned a little over 11,000 square feet. In two subsequent expansions, HeiTech Services expanded its primary office space, located on the building’s sixth floor, and added a ground floor suite to occupy more than 18,000 square feet. With the addition of another 5,100 square feet of space earlier this month, HeiTech Services’ corporate headquarters has grown by nearly 30 percent, distinguishing the company as Metroplex II’s largest tenant.
This series of office expansions reflects the company’s parallel growth in annual revenue and employee count. As a federal contractor providing both on-site and off-site customer support, HeiTech Services’ headquarters office functions as both a central hub for corporate support and an operations base for scores of contracts. Collectively, the company’s four office suites house more than 80 modular workstations and offices, an executive suite, several conference rooms, a production room, multiple break-room facilities, and a library.
“This past year marked tremendous growth for the company,” says Jim Clement, Executive Vice President of HeiTech Services. “We increased our office space to not only accommodate this recent growth, but to also position the company for future expansion. Expansions planned for the near future include dedicated training rooms and additional modular work space.”
