HeiTech Services values its employees and provides a generous “total compensation package” to promote a long-term employer/employee relationship. We understand that we serve a diverse population with varied needs and goals. As such, our total compensation package incorporates a variety of options that support our employees’ diversity. HeiTech Services’ total compensation package includes:

  • Competitive Annual Salary – We provide our employees with direct compensation commensurate with their demonstrated skills, experience, education and seniority. We evaluate compensation levels using a system that determines the current market value of a position based on the skills, knowledge, and abilities required of a fully competent incumbent.
  • Health Insurance – Regular full-time employees are eligible for major medical and prescription health insurance through UnitedHealthcare. HeiTech Services contributes toward employees’ monthly premium cost.
  • Dental Insurance – Regular full-time employees are eligible for dental insurance through Delta Dental.
  • Vision Insurance – Regular full-time employees are eligible for vision insurance through Avesis.
  • Group Term Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) – Regular full-time employees are eligible for group life insurance and AD&D coverage at no cost. The employee group life insurance benefit amount is 100% employer paid. We also offer optional employee, spouse, and children life insurance coverage for an additional cost.
  • Long Term Disability (LTD) – Regular full-time employees are eligible for long term disability coverage at no cost. We also offer additional long term disability coverage for a minimal cost.
  • Short-Term Disability (STD) – Regular full-time employees are eligible for short term disability coverage at no cost.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – The EAP Program is a comprehensive resource that offers fast, convenient answers and advice on a wide range of topics. It is available to employees and their family members, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
  • NASA Federal Credit Union – By partnering with NASA Federal Credit Union, HeiTech Services offers employees with a safe and convenient way to save, a more economical way to borrow, and members-first financial services.
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) – Employees have the option to participate in a health and a dependent care FSA which provides reimbursement of pre-tax dollars for medical and dependent care costs.
  • Metro Transit Benefit – HeiTech Services offers employees an opportunity to set aside pre-tax dollars for bus, metro, and commuting parking expenses.
  • 401(k) – HeiTech Services offers a tax deferral program with employer matching feature. Traditional (pre-tax) and Roth (post-tax) contributions can be made up to the legal IRS limit through payroll deduction.
  • Tuition Assistance – HeiTech Services provides tuition assistance to those employees pursuing higher education related to their current roles.
  • Holiday Pay – HeiTech Services observes ten (10) federal holidays per calendar year. Employees are compensated at their regular rate of pay for each observed holiday.
  • Vacation Leave – Regular full-time employees are eligible to accrue vacation starting from their date of hire. Vacation is accrued at different rates based on the years of service. Vacation starts at two weeks per year.
  • Personal Leave – Eligible employees will accrue personal leave starting from their date of hire.
