Information We Collect When Completing a Form

We collect information personal information from both current and prospective employees in order to best assist them with their requests.  The information HeiTech Services collects will only be used to fulfill the request for which it was submitted.  The information collected through forms on our website include:

• applicant information including name, telephone number, email address, and position applied for; and,
• employee name, supervisor, work location, and dates/duration of leave requested.

This information is stored in a database that is not available to the public and only accessed by HeiTech Services employees necessary to process any requests submitted via a form.  The data provided is stored for up to five years.  To have your information removed from our database, send an email to contact@heitechservices.com requesting that your information be removed.

Who Collected Information Will be Shared With

HeiTech Services will never share any information collected from our website, including information voluntarily given, with anyone outside of our company or our third-party service providers.

Links to Outside Websites

As a convenience, this website contains links to external sites that are not controlled by, or affiliated with, HeiTech Services.  HeiTech Services does not control the privacy policies of these sites.  We furnish these links for your convenience, and they should be used with discretion.  We do not make any representations concerning the privacy practices of or terms of use for such sites.  The inclusion of any links to outside websites does not imply any endorsement by HeiTech Services, the site’s provider, or the information presented on the site.

Our website may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Web Hosted Sections

The Available Positions section of our website is hosted by a third-party.  For this section only, the privacy policy of the third-party host is in effect.  The privacy policy for this third-party is included at the bottom of each page in this section, including at the bottom of each individual job listing page.

Disclosure

HeiTech Services will not disclose, give, sell, or transfer any information collected from visitors to our website, unless required by law enforcement or statute.

This privacy policy is subject to change at any time without notice.  We will always indicate the date the changes were published and offer access to archived versions for your review with a request sent to contact@heitechservices.com.
