Mrs. Lissa Stokes joined HeiTech Services in June 2022 as the Director of Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis. Lissa has more than 10 years of experience in the financial and government contracting industries, and has been instrumental in supporting executive leadership with reporting, analysis, business processes and strategy. 

Prior to joining HeiTech Services, Lissa served in various Financial Analysis, Accounting, Purchasing and Management roles for numerous government contractors including Creative Associates, IMPAQ International (currently AIR), Chemonics International, Evergreen Advisors to name a few. Throughout her career, Lissa led various accounting teams in the implementation of ERP systems, played a key role in M&A deals and created enterprise-wide financial literacy curriculums. 

Lissa has a Bachelors of Science in Finance and Bachelors of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland. A native from Brazil and passionate about traveling, Lissa speaks English and Portuguese fluently, and advanced Spanish and French.
